A bit late, but I found a nice adjustable "Ashley Creative Center" table that has a surface the same size as the 24"x36" plans. Cost about $100 on Amazon and includes a nice work stool. It arrived today and I got it assembled in short order.
My previous setup was a smaller table with a piece of 24x36 carboard underneath the prints that was getting a little limp on the overhang in our humid summer weather. A piece of plywood would have been fine and cheaper, but this is a very nice table for future hobby projects.
